Refunds & Cancellations

Domestic Return Policy (Read fully and buy with complete confidence, includes US & Canada) 

Pro Shop Golf is committed to 100% customer satisfaction, because your happiness and support means everything to us. 

If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your unused item with its original tag attached within 30 days of receiving it. 

All items under $99 will be at the customer’s expense to cover shipping costs. Please return the item to the address on your invoice. 

All items over $99 include free return shipping, and the process is simple: put the unused item with its original tags attached back into the PSG box that it came with, slap the pre-paid return shipping label that your item came with securely onto the outside of the box, and take the box to your local FedEx office. It’s that easy. 

Please allow time for us to receive and inspect the returned item before your funds are reimbursed. Depending on the time of year, it typically takes us only a few business days to issue a refund once we receive and inspect the item. We strive to make this process as pain free as possible for you. 

Upon inspection, if your returned item is determined to be damaged, used, incomplete, or without its original packaging or tags, then a refund or an exchange may be refused.

If you decide you want to return your item after 30 days but before our 90 day maximum return policy, please connect with us before returning the item and we’ll work something out with you that is fair and reasonable for us all, such as store credit or partial reimbursement (i.e. 10% restocking fee). We prefer to work with our customers that are within the 30 to 90 day period on a case-by-case basis to ensure you receive what’s best for you and what still works for us. 

If you return the item after 30 days and without connecting with us in advance, or after the 90 day limit, please understand that in most cases we cannot issue store credit or a partial refund, but know that your item will make a great PSG giveaway prize at some point for someone special, and even though the winning person will never know of your generosity, we will, and we appreciate you. 

FULL DISCLOSURE: We double check and inspect every item before we ship to ensure that you are receiving exactly what you ordered and that there is no factory damage prior to shipping. Having said this, we are human and can sometimes make mistakes. If you receive an incorrect or factory damaged item, please email us within 15 days to let us know and we will work out an exchange with you and cover the cost of shipping. If we do not have the item you ordered in stock, we will issue a full refund and offer many apologies for being human and much love for your understanding and patience while we make things right.
